Where we ship
The first run ships to U.S. addresses only: all 50 states and Washington, D.C., U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa and the Northern Mariana Islands) and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses.
When your case ships
The Tusk insulin case is a preorder, estimated to ship around January 1, 2027. That is an estimate, not a guarantee. If it changes, we email you before that date with a revised estimate, and you choose to wait or cancel for a full refund. See our Preorder terms.
Shipping costs
- Paid in full ($79.99): Standard shipping is free. Express is $15. You choose at checkout.
- Deposit ($20): no shipping is charged with the deposit. Shipping ($8 Standard or $15 Express) is added to the $69.99 balance invoice we email before your case ships. Nothing is charged automatically.
Free Standard shipping applies to orders of $70 or more. Express describes the carrier service after your case leaves us; it does not change the estimated shipping date. Any sales tax is shown before you pay. Every order ships with tracking, and we email the tracking link when your case leaves us.
Lost or damaged in transit
Tell us within 7 days of delivery, or within 7 days after the carrier's expected delivery date if it never arrives, and we replace the case or refund you in full, shipping included.
Address changes
Please check your address carefully. If you need to change it, email us before your case ships. We cannot be responsible for a parcel delivered to an address entered incorrectly, but we will help where we can.
