Tusk is a hard-shell case for two insulin or GLP-1 pens. The pens sit in a removable cold rail with two dedicated channels, and the rail slides into an insulated shell that closes on magnets sealed inside the wall.

The rail is a sealed gel pack designed to keep your pens cool, not frozen. No batteries to charge and no loose ice packs. One case for everyday carry, long drives and trails.

Pens are not included.

FAQ

BEFORE YOU RESERVE.

Questions about the case or the first run? Email tuskshells@outlook.com.

Will my insulin pens fit?

The case is designed around two standard disposable insulin and GLP-1 pens. We are fit-testing specific pen models now and will publish the verified list before the first run ships. If your pen does not fit when your case arrives, you can return it within 30 days for a refund.

How long does it keep insulin cool?

Our design target is 4+ hours of cooling in typical conditions. We will measure hold time on production cases and publish the result, with the method, before the first run ships. Heat, direct sun and how often you open the case all affect it.

How is the cooling rail prepared?

Preparation instructions are still being validated in testing and will come with your case. Never let insulin freeze, and always follow your pen's own storage instructions.

Can I cancel my reservation?

Yes. Cancel at any time before shipping for a full refund by emailing tuskshells@outlook.com with your order number. We start the refund within 2 business days. If the first run does not go ahead, all outstanding reservations and preorders are refunded.

When will the first run ship?

Estimated to ship around January 1, 2027. If that changes, we will email you before that date with a revised estimate, and you choose to wait or cancel for a full refund.

Can I travel by air with it?

The case is designed to travel in your carry-on. Security rules for medication and cooling packs change and vary by airline and country, so check TSA's current guidance and your airline before you fly.

What does the warranty cover?

The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for one year from delivery. On an approved claim we repair, replace or refund at our option and pay shipping both ways. It covers the case, not medication or cooling performance. Read the warranty for full terms.

How do I care for it?

Final cleaning and care instructions will accompany the production case. Do not put the case in a dishwasher.
