This is the written limited warranty for the Tusk insulin case. It is published here so you can read it before you buy.

Who gives this warranty

What is covered, and for how long

Tusk Shells LLC warrants the case and its cooling rail against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date it is delivered to you, when used normally as a carrying case.

In practice that means the shell cracking or splitting without an impact that would break it, the magnetic closure failing to hold, a moulded part deforming in normal use, the liner separating, or the rail leaking its gel.

What is not covered

• Normal wear. Scuffs, scratches and finish dulling from use are not defects.
• Damage from dropping, crushing, cutting or anything the case was not built to survive.
• Damage from heat, solvents, or cleaning agents unsuitable for the materials, including dishwashers.
• Any modification, such as drilling, gluing, adding hardware or opening the rail.
• Anything you stored in the case, including pens and medication. This warranty covers the case and rail only.
• A case bought from anyone other than us or a seller we have authorised.
• Loss or theft.

What we will do

On an approved claim, we will repair the case, replace it, or refund what you paid for it, at our option. If a repair or replacement is not available, we refund. We pay shipping both ways on approved claims, using a prepaid label we send you. A repaired or replaced case carries the remainder of the original one-year period.

Separately from this warranty, if your case arrives damaged, defective or not what you ordered and you tell us within 7 days of delivery, you choose a replacement or a full refund under our Refund policy.

How to make a claim

Email tuskshells@outlook.com with your order number, a description of the fault and photos showing it, or write to the address above. We reply within 3 business days with either an approval and a prepaid return label, or a plain explanation of why the claim is not covered. Please do not send the case back before you hear from us.

What this warranty does not promise

It makes no promise about the temperature, potency or condition of anything stored in the case. Our Disclaimer sets this out in full.

Who it covers

This warranty runs to the original purchaser and is not transferable.

Your other rights

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. Any implied warranty that applies to the case by law is limited in duration to the one-year period of this warranty. Some states do not allow limits on how long an implied warranty lasts, so that limit may not apply to you. Tusk Shells LLC is not liable for incidental or consequential damages; some states do not allow that exclusion, so it may not apply to you.
