Refund policy

This policy covers cancellations, returns and refunds for the Tusk insulin case, sold by Tusk Shells LLC. Later defects are handled under our Warranty.

Before your case ships

You can cancel a $20 deposit reservation or a paid-in-full preorder at any time before it ships, for any reason. Email tuskshells@outlook.com with your order number. We start your refund of everything you have paid within 2 business days, to the original payment method. No fee and no deduction.

If the estimated shipping date changes, we email you before that date and you choose to wait or cancel for a full refund. If the first run does not go ahead, every outstanding reservation and preorder is refunded in full. The full process is in our Preorder terms.

After delivery: 30-day returns

You can return the case within 30 days of delivery if it is unused and in its original packaging, including if your pen does not fit. Email us first and we send return instructions; please do not send the case back before you hear from us. Return shipping is paid by you unless the case arrived damaged, defective or not what you ordered.

Once we receive and inspect the return, we start the refund of the product price within 5 business days. Original shipping charges are refunded only if the return is due to our error.

Damaged, defective or wrong on arrival

Tell us within 7 days of delivery, with a photo where you can. We send a prepaid return label, and you choose a replacement or a full refund, shipping included.

Lost in transit

If your case has not arrived within 7 days after the carrier's expected delivery date, or tracking shows it as lost, tell us and we replace it or refund you in full, shipping included.

Faults that appear later

Our one-year limited Warranty applies. On an approved claim we repair, replace or refund at our option, and we pay shipping both ways.

Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under law, including for hidden defects that only show up later.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take 5 to 10 business days to show the credit.
